One-Pan BBQ Chicken & Veggies
Sticky BBQ chicken and roasted vegetables on one pan. Easy prep, easy cleanup.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C. Line a baking sheet.
- Toss veggies in oil. Spread on one side.
- Place chicken on other side. Brush with BBQ sauce.
- Bake 25-30 min, brushing with more sauce halfway. Serve hot.
