Spicy Roasted Edamame

Crispy, spicy roasted edamame — a protein-packed snack that beats any bag of chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen shelled edamame, thawed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
  2. Pat edamame dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. Toss with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Spread in a single layer. Roast 25-30 minutes, shaking halfway. Let cool completely.
