One-Pan BBQ Chicken & Veggies

Sticky BBQ chicken and roasted vegetables on one pan. Easy prep, easy cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C. Line a baking sheet.
  2. Toss veggies in oil. Spread on one side.
  3. Place chicken on other side. Brush with BBQ sauce.
  4. Bake 25-30 min, brushing with more sauce halfway. Serve hot.
