Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Salmon
Honey garlic salmon and roasted vegetables on one pan. A healthy, impressive dinner that requires minimal effort and cleanup.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets on one side of the sheet and vegetables on the other. Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the salmon. Place lemon slices on top.
- Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is flaky and cooked through. Serve immediately.
