Crispy Kale Chips (3 Flavours)
Crunchy, addictive kale chips in three flavour variations. A healthy snack that actually satisfies the chip craving.
Base Ingredients
- 1 large bunch curly kale
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160C (325F). Line baking sheets with parchment.
- Wash and dry kale thoroughly. Remove leaves from stems and tear into pieces.
- Toss kale with olive oil and seasoning.
- Spread in a single layer. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are crispy but not browned. Let cool completely.
