Crispy Kale Chips (3 Flavours)

Crunchy, addictive kale chips in three flavour variations. A healthy snack that actually satisfies the chip craving.

Base Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch curly kale
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160C (325F). Line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Wash and dry kale thoroughly. Remove leaves from stems and tear into pieces.
  3. Toss kale with olive oil and seasoning.
  4. Spread in a single layer. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are crispy but not browned. Let cool completely.
