Mini Hot Dogs

These mini hot dogs wrapped in pastry are fun, easy, and perfect for lunchboxes.

Ingredients

  • 12 cocktail sausages
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, cut into strips
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190C.
  2. Wrap each sausage in a pastry strip.
  3. Place on baking sheet. Brush with egg.
  4. Bake 10-12 min until golden.
