High-Protein Lunchbox

A protein-packed lunchbox to keep energy levels up all afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • Small handful sugar snap peas

Instructions

  1. Season and grill chicken. Slice into strips.
  2. Pack yogurt in a small container with a lid.
  3. Arrange chicken, egg, nuts, peas, and grapes in compartments.
  4. Keep refrigerated until packing.
