Quick Black Bean & Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
