Crunchy Roasted Chickpea Snack

Crunchy, seasoned roasted chickpeas — a healthy, high-protein snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
  2. Pat chickpeas very dry.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder.
  4. Spread in a single layer. Roast 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely.
