Tuna & Corn Pita Pockets
Quick no-cook pita pockets stuffed with creamy tuna and sweetcorn.
Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup sweetcorn
- 2 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 2 pita breads
- Handful of lettuce
Instructions
- Mix tuna, sweetcorn, mayo, and cucumber.
- Warm pitas slightly. Cut in half to form pockets.
- Line with lettuce. Fill with tuna mixture.
