Fruit & Yoghurt Lunchbox

A light and refreshing lunchbox with yogurt, fruit, and a crunchy topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Pack yogurt in a small container. Keep fruit separate to prevent sogginess.
  2. Pack granola in a tiny bag or container.
  3. At lunch: top yogurt with fruit, granola, and drizzle honey.
