Spiced Roasted Chickpeas

Crunchy, spiced roasted chickpeas that beat any bag of chips. A protein-packed snack in flavour variations.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
  2. Pat chickpeas very dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread in a single layer. Roast 30-35 minutes, shaking halfway. Let cool completely.
