Easy Bean & Rice Burritos
Simple budget-friendly bean and rice burritos.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 can black beans drained
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Heat oil. Saute onion 3 min. Add garlic 30 sec.
- Add beans rice cumin chili powder. Cook 5 min mashing slightly.
- Warm tortillas. Divide filling. Top with cheese.
- Fold sides roll tightly. Serve with salsa.
