Cream Cheese Pinwheels

These cream cheese pinwheels are colourful, creamy, and perfect for lunchboxes.

Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese on tortillas.
  2. Layer vegetables evenly.
  3. Roll up tightly.
  4. Slice into pinwheels. Pack.
