Homemade Mac & Cheese
Creamy homemade mac and cheese that costs a fraction of boxed.
Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cook macaroni. Drain.
- Melt butter. Whisk in flour cook 1 min.
- Gradually whisk in milk. Cook until thickened.
- Remove from heat. Stir in cheese mustard powder paprika.
- Add macaroni. Top with breadcrumbs and broil if desired.
