Homemade Mac & Cheese

Creamy homemade mac and cheese that costs a fraction of boxed.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni. Drain.
  2. Melt butter. Whisk in flour cook 1 min.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk. Cook until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese mustard powder paprika.
  5. Add macaroni. Top with breadcrumbs and broil if desired.
