Cucumber Cream Cheese Roll-Ups

These cucumber cream cheese roll-ups are light, fresh, and fun. Perfect for lunchboxes or afternoon snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp dill
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumber lengthwise into thin strips using a peeler.
  2. Mix cream cheese with dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread mixture on cucumber strips.
  4. Roll up. Secure with toothpicks.
