High-Protein Lunchbox
A protein-packed lunchbox to keep energy levels up all afternoon.
Ingredients
- 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts
- 1 boiled egg
- 1/2 cup grapes
- Small handful sugar snap peas
Instructions
- Season and grill chicken. Slice into strips.
- Pack yogurt in a small container with a lid.
- Arrange chicken, egg, nuts, peas, and grapes in compartments.
- Keep refrigerated until packing.
