No-Heat Lunchbox (No Cooking Needed)
A complete no-cook lunchbox for days when you need a fresh, no-heat meal.
Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla or pita
- 2 tbsp cream cheese or hummus
- Handful of mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cucumber slices
- 1 apple or banana
- Small handful almonds
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on tortilla. Layer greens, roll, and slice or fold.
- Pack veggies, fruit, and almonds in separate compartments.
- Wrap or seal in lunchbox. Keep cool until lunch.
