Parmesan Crisps (Fat-Free Snack)
Crunchy, cheesy Parmesan crisps made with just one ingredient. The ultimate low-carb, high-protein snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190C (375F). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Scoop heaping teaspoons of Parmesan onto the baking sheet, 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and lacy. Watch closely.
- Let cool on the sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
