Spicy Roasted Edamame
Crispy, spicy roasted edamame — a protein-packed snack that beats any bag of chips.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen shelled edamame, thawed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
- Pat edamame dry with a kitchen towel.
- Toss with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Spread in a single layer. Roast 25-30 minutes, shaking halfway. Let cool completely.
