Cheese and Broccoli Pasta Bake

Cheese and broccoli pasta bake is the ultimate family-friendly dinner. Creamy, cheesy, and packed with hidden veg.

Ingredients

• 300 g pasta
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

1. Cook pasta and broccoli. Drain.
2. Make sauce: melt butter, add flour, whisk in milk. Add cheese.
3. Mix pasta and broccoli with sauce. Transfer to baking dish.
4. Top with breadcrumbs and extra cheese. Bake 15 min at 190C.
