Spiced Roasted Chickpeas
Crunchy, spiced roasted chickpeas that beat any bag of chips. A protein-packed snack in flavour variations.
Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
- Pat chickpeas very dry with a kitchen towel.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Spread in a single layer. Roast 30-35 minutes, shaking halfway. Let cool completely.
