Corn and Potato Chowder

This corn and potato chowder is creamy, comforting, and packed with sweet corn and tender potatoes.

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 onion, diced
• 3 potatoes, cubed
• 2 cups corn kernels
• 3 cups milk
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1/4 cup flour
• Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Sauté onion in butter.
2. Add flour. Cook 1 min.
3. Add milk and broth gradually, stirring.
4. Add potatoes and corn. Simmer 20 min until potatoes are tender.
5. Season. Serve hot.
