Honey Garlic Chicken

Honey garlic chicken is the perfect quick dinner. The sauce is sticky, sweet, savoury, and absolutely irresistible.

Ingredients

• 4 chicken thighs or breasts
• 3 tbsp honey
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
2. Heat oil. Cook chicken 5-6 min per side.
3. Pour sauce over. Simmer 3-4 min until sticky and caramelised.
4. Spoon pan sauce over chicken. Serve.
