Ingredients
  

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced capsicum
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Method
 

  1. Spread cream cheese on each tortilla.
  2. Layer vegetables evenly.
  3. Roll up tightly.
  4. Slice into pinwheels. Pack.
