Stuffed Strawberries

Stuffed strawberries are elegant, delicious, and surprisingly easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 large strawberries
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Method
 

  1. Cut a small X on top of each strawberry.
  2. Mix cream cheese with sugar and vanilla.
  3. Pipe or spoon filling into strawberries.
  4. Refrigerate 20 min. Serve chilled.
