  • 4 bagels halved
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Toppings: ham pepperoni, veg

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 190C.
  2. Spread sauce on each bagel half.
  3. Top with cheese and chosen toppings.
  4. Bake 8 min until cheese melts and edges are crispy.
