Egg Muffin

An egg muffin is the perfect breakfast sandwich. Crispy bacon, runny egg, and melted cheese on a toasted muffin.

Ingredients

  • 2 English muffins, split
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy.
  2. Fry eggs in butter. Toast muffins.
  3. Assemble: muffin, cheese, egg, bacon, muffin top.
  4. Serve warm.
