Banana Nice Cream

Banana nice cream is the magic dessert you will make again and again. Frozen bananas blended into a creamy, soft-serve consistency — no dairy, no sugar, just pure banana goodness.

Ingredients

• 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

1. Place frozen banana slices in a food processor or high-speed blender.
2. Add vanilla and cinnamon. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
3. Serve immediately for soft-serve consistency, or freeze 30 minutes for scoopable ice cream.
