Banana Ice Cream Sandwiches

These banana ice cream sandwiches are a healthier take on a classic treat. Creamy banana nice cream between cookies.

Ingredients

• 4 cookies or graham crackers
• 2 bananas, frozen and blended into nice cream
• 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

1. Spread banana nice cream on two cookies.
2. Top with remaining cookies. Press gently.
3. Dip half of each sandwich in melted chocolate.
4. Freeze 2 hours before serving.
