Sausage and Pepper Bake

This sausage and pepper bake is the easiest family dinner. Everything roasts together on one tray for a colourful, flavourful meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 sausages
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Toss sausages, peppers, and onion with oil and herbs.
  3. Spread on a baking tray.
  4. Bake 25-30 min, turning halfway. Serve.
