Fruit & Yoghurt Lunchbox
A light and refreshing lunchbox with yogurt, fruit, and a crunchy topping.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp granola
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Pack yogurt in a small container. Keep fruit separate to prevent sogginess.
- Pack granola in a tiny bag or container.
- At lunch: top yogurt with fruit, granola, and drizzle honey.
