Chicken Fajitas

Chicken fajitas are fun, flavourful, and perfect for a interactive family dinner.

Ingredients

• 400 g chicken breast, sliced
• 2 bell peppers, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
• 8 small tortillas
• Sour cream, salsa, guacamole

Instructions

1. Season chicken with fajita seasoning.
2. Cook chicken in oil 5-6 min. Remove.
3. Cook peppers and onion until tender.
4. Return chicken. Toss. Serve in warm tortillas with toppings.
