Rice cakes with avocado is the perfect quick snack. Crispy, creamy, and done in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 rice cakes
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Everything bagel seasoning or salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mash avocado with lemon juice and seasoning.
  2. Spread on rice cakes.
  3. Top with extra seasoning. Serve.
