Meatball Subs

Meatball subs are a fun, filling meal the whole family will love. Juicy meatballs in rich marinara with melted cheese.

Ingredients

• 500 g minced beef
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 2 cups marinara sauce
• 4 sub rolls
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

1. Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasoning. Form meatballs.
2. Brown meatballs. Add marinara. Simmer 10 min.
3. Toast sub rolls. Fill with meatballs and sauce.
4. Top with cheese. Place under grill until melted.
