High-Protein Energy Balls (No-Bake)
No-bake energy balls packed with protein and natural sweetness. Perfect for a pre-workout snack or afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- If too dry, add 1-2 tbsp water. If too wet, add more oats.
- Roll into 12-14 bite-sized balls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
